To apply for a travel visa to Rwanda requires the following documents:

Scanned copy of passport. A clear scan of the information pages of your passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry.

Yellow Fever Vaccination. A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) for yellow fever. To learn more about the yellow fever vaccination or to locate a vaccination clinic, please visit the CDC's
yellow fever resource page.

Proof of Lodging. A copy of hotel reservations (including the applicant's name). OR A copy of an invitation letter from family or friends in Rwanda.
