Rwanda Visa for the citizens of China is electronic. No documents need to be sent to VisaHQ by post. You will receive your visa by e-mail.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, at this time, VisaHQ does not provide full service for tourist e-visas to Rwanda. All applicants must apply in person at the nearest Embassy of Rwanda

To apply for a travel visa to Rwanda requires the following documents:
Scanned copy of passport.
A clear scan of the information pages of your passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry.
Yellow Fever Vaccination.
A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) for yellow fever. To learn more about the yellow fever vaccination or to locate a vaccination clinic, please visit the CDC's yellow fever resource page
Proof of Lodging.
A copy of hotel reservations (including the applicant's name). OR A copy of an invitation letter from family or friends in Rwanda.
Embassy of Rwanda in the China offers visa processing of 3 business days.
