Effective 1 April 2022, non-Malaysians may enter Malaysia without prior approval from the Malaysian authorities (i.e. MyTravelPass / MyEntry not required).
Fill out Malaysia tourist e-visa application form online
and provide digital copies of the following documents:

Passport. Passport front page.

Photo. Recent passport sized studio photo.

Air-ticket booking. Valid round-trip air-tickets booking.

Dispatch letter in English. Must be signed and sealed.

Proof of accommodation.

Solvency proof. Original daily banks statement shows salary and balance within the last 3 months.
