Kazakhstan e-visa services are suspended in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. A consular visa will need to be applied for until further notice.
The electronic visa entitles the entry / exit to the Republic of Kazakhstan only through the international airports of Astana and Almaty.
Kazakhstan tourist e-visa is required for citizens of China.

To apply for a travel visa to Kazakhstan requires the following documents:

Scanned copy of China passport. A passport should expire no earlier than 3 months from the expiry date of the online visa and should have at least 2 blank pages.

Copy of invitation letter. In order to apply for evisa you need to obtain a letter of invitation (LOI) first from tour operator in Kazakhstan.
Embassy of Kazakhstan in the China offers visa processing of 1 business days.
