If your annual income is over CNY100,000

Please choose one of the below-listed document to submit(A-C)

A. Personal Income Tax Certificate (electronic tax）of the past one year, Total Paid Taxation must be over CNY2800

B. Original Salary Daily Bank Statement for the past one year (must state the salary) / Deposit Certificate with CNY 100,000 amount (frozen for 3 months)

C. Color copy of both sides of Golden Credit Card (must have the signature on the back side) with credit limit

Japan tourist visa is required for citizens of China.
