Dominican Republic Visa

Passport Photo. A 4cm x 5cm white background photo (no jewellery and glasses), attached to the visa application form.

Air-ticket booking. Valid round-trip air-tickets booking.

Parent or guardian authorization letter. if the applicant is a minor or a minor visa applicant is not the parents

Proof of economic ability. Bank flow, bank deposit or other proof. Proof of work, please indicate the date of commencement of work, position in the company, salary, if there is a real estate license, commercial, farm or land ownership certificate or vehicle license, please also provide.

ID card or residence permit. Photocopy of ID card or residence permit.

Hotel reservation. Hotel reservation or the accommodation confirmation from Inviter.

Previous visa. Photocopy of previous Dominican Republic visa records.

Visa application letter. (not required for notarization),address to the corresponding visa consul.Apply in the name of the applicant's company or organization,The name of the respondent, passport number,nationality, place of residence, activities undertaken, economic ability and purpose of travel should be indicated.

Letter of guarantee. Procuraduría General is required to be submitted by the Dominican Local Prosecutor's Office and submitted in parallel with other application documents. The following letter must be included in the letter of guarantee. The lack of information will cause the Embassy to reject the application: This document must be submitted along with other documents on the day of the interview.The following must be included in the letter of guarantee, otherwise it will not be accepted at the consulates: “Garantizo que (nombre, nacionalidad y pasaporte), no permanecerá en la República Dominicana más tiempo que el concedido por la Dirección General de Migración, ni solicitará residencia o cambio de estatus migratorio desde el territorio dominicano, dedicándose exclusivamente a la actividad por la cual le fue otorgado el visado. “Me hago moral y económicamente responsable al retorno de su país de origen, asumiendo pagar a favor del Estado Dominicano cualquier gasto en que dicha persona pueda incurrir durante su estancia en el país, o que se origine como consecuencia de su repatriación o deportación del mismo”.
